Our Ho’Omau Altitude Haus is located in beautiful Lake Arrowhead, CA at an elevation of just about 5,200 feet, almost identical to infamous Boulder, CO. Twice each year, Ho’Omau hosts up to 10 athletes for a summer and early fall (pre Kona) training camp at elevation to get that red blood cell count as high as possible – and to have some fun and meet other incredible athletes.
