One idea that I think would make a lot of sense is a filter in the member directory or somewhere else on the site, maybe under 'Race', where you can see which athletes in the Ho'Omau community are signed up for certain races in the future. You could have a list of all major races and logged in users could then select which ones they are signed up for. Other users could then find these people in the community by seeing who else is signed up for their specific race, and these athletes could connect before or after the race or maybe just online - maybe even start a private discussion group to go over the course or race strategy etc. Just a thought for the future development of the site.
