Acute Training Load (ATL)

Acute load is the training stress you’ve experienced in a recent period, roughly seven days. It represents how hard and how much you’ve trained recently. When you examine acute load together with your longer term (chronic) load, you can monitor for fatigue, alter workouts to prevent injuries, and enhance performance!
