“Burnout” occurs when you are training without proper rest, this leads to physical and mental exhaustion. You can start to feel weakness and fatigue due to overexerting your body. Training intensity with proper recovery is crucial to prevent a burnout and to stay in healthy shape. – Basti

 

Condition like overtraining, caused by doing too much and/or too soon and/or with too little rest.
