When you hear someone refer to a groupset, it is typically a cycling term that means the components on your bike. More accuratly the brake calipers, brake levers, gear shifters, front and rear deralier, crankset, bottom bracket, chain and cassette is what a groupset is. So the next time someone asks what type of groupset you have, look at the logo that is normaly pasted on the item, the main groupset providers are Shimano, SRAM, and Campagnolo. -Basti
