Mt. Ventoux

It is a well-known mountain in Provence, France, which is called the “Giant of Provence.” It stands at 1,909 meters and has featured numerous times in the Tour de France due to its barren, moon-like summit and extremely steep slopes. Ventoux climbing is typically 21.5 km long and has an overall slope of 7.5%. It has open slopes, windy conditions, and extreme height differences. Ventoux climbing is the pride of both professional and amateur cyclists to indicate how inviting and tough the large mountain ascents are.
