Racing Flats

Racing flats are lightweight running shoes with minimal cushioning and a minimal heel-to-toe height difference, designed for speed.

Racing flats and speed workout flats are light racing and speed workout shoes that weigh 150–200 grams and half the weight of workout shoes. They have thinner midsoles that enable you to push more firmly against the ground and to run quicker. They have less protection hence runners use flats only on even surfaces or roads and in fine weather. You should change to racing flats progressively to prevent injury due to repetitive use.
