Resistance Training

Resistance training occurs when you exercise using weights or other forms to make your muscles exert extra effort. Free weights, machines, resistance bands, body weight, or cycling resistance are used for this. Gradually adding weight enables athletes to strengthen their muscles and enable their muscles to use energy more effectively. Endurance athletes employ resistance training to acquire additional strength when sprinting, climbing up a slope, and powerful swimming strokes. It enables the body to function more efficiently and combat fatigue.
