Sprint Distance

Sprint Distance consists of a 750m swim, a bike ride of 20-22km, and a 5km run. It is the simplest form of the race to participate in. They suit both new athletes and elite athletes. They are fast and thrilling. They also aid good aerobic fitness and utilize some anaerobic power, particularly in competition. Preparing for sprint distances involves endurance training, speed work, transitions practice, and race skills.
