TrainingPeaks allows coaches and athletes to view, compare, and schedule workouts. It tracks heart rate, power, pace, cadence, TSS, and more and has useful tools to indicate trends in fitness over time. Athletes receive feedback on their settings for training zones, following a trainer’s plan, and from a coach. Coaches monitor many athletes using TrainingPeaks to provide suggestions for workouts and determine their readiness. It integrates seamlessly with the use of devices such as the Garmin, the Wahoo, and the Zwift to upload data in a snap. The Performance Management Chart or PMC indicates the CTL (training load), ATL (fatigue), and TSB (readiness). For self-coached athletes as well as those receiving aid from experts, there is value in using TrainingPeaks for performance-focused training.
