A trisuit is a single garment that you wear for swimming, biking, and running in a triathlon. It makes you transition between the sports with ease and remains comfortable across all three disciplines.
Trisuits are generally made of materials that draw sweat away and dry quickly. They may be one- or two-piece. The one-piece suit performs better in speed and remains secure in the race, but the two-piece suits are convenient to use the restroom and accommodate a variety of body fits. They consist of thin, drying-quickly padding for cycling purposes as opposed to the bulkier padding for everyday cycling shorts. Trisuits also include compression elements, back pockets, and sleeves for shielding against the sun.
