The Ho’Omau Vegas In 24 Support Van is fully equipped cycling and rider support vehicle. The car cannot be reserved on its own and is always bundled with a 3-person Ho’Omau support team. Our support crew is intimately familiar with the Vegas In 24 routes, rest stop scenarios, weather conditions, etc. The Support Car can only be operated by the official Ho’Omau crew and cannot accommodate additional passengers.
What does your Support Car reservation include:
- 2 full-time drivers taking turns and driving behind you at all times for optimal safety.
- 1 non-driving support member for social media updates. Fully certified in First Aid, CPR and AED.
- Vehicle gasoline costs to Las Vegas and back to the departure city.
- Fully stocked medical kit and supplies for First Aid, CPR and AED.
- Front and rear dash video recording at all times for safety (not intended for media use).
- Equipped with additional lighting and signage to alert following traffic.
- Emergency loaner bike in case of non-fixable mechanical (finish eligibility rules apply).
- Rider gear bag with clothing & supplies in case of medical emergency or abandon.
- High-speed satellite Internet for your team while in close proximity to the vehicle.
- Van detail prior to your event for optimal photography results.
Please note that if you prefer on using a 2-person team, you must reserve the Support Car instead. This is a more economical solution for you due to lower fuel cost, etc. If you plan on using a 5-person team, you will need to reserve the Support Car & Van bundle.
Important: Do not submit your Support Van reservation unless you have received approval of your Vegas In 24 application, have submitted your acceptance confirmation and your acceptance fee.
