Altitude ‘Lake’ Haus

Our 2026 Ho’Omau Altitude ‘Lake’ Haus training camp is located in beautiful Lake Arrowhead, California at an elevation of just about 5,200 feet, almost identical to Boulder. Each year during the last weeks of summer, Ho’Omau hosts athletes and guests for an unforgettable 10-day altitude training camp filled with fun, laughter, endurance coaching discussions, hikes, standup-paddle – and of course, plenty of running, cycling (+ some swimming) at elevations of 5,200 – 8,500K feet.
