Canary Islands ‘Lava’ Camp

Our 2027 Ho’Omau Canary Islands ‘Lava’ training camp is the newest addition to our camp lineup and possibly the most spectacular overall. Located on the volcanic island of  Tenerife, it makes for a scenic getaway with a large variety of training options. Starting in 2027, Tenerife will be the home of our early-season training camp location for 10 unforgettable days during the month of March. As with all Ho’Omau training camp, our ‘Lava’ camp will be filled with fun, laughter, endurance coaching discussions, hikes, standup-paddle – and of course, plenty of running, cycling and  swimming at elevations ranging from sea-level up to 7,800 feet.
